These simple observations show us, that whilst we may struggle (at the time) to understand, we can be certain that God’s glory will shine through the darkest tragedies and we will be blessed as a result.
Despite being destitute, depressed and diseased … he did not blame God
This great, infallible, Heavenly Father sent his unique son to die, then raised him from the dead, so that we can have the opportunity to believe and thereby receive eternal life.
Throughout scripture, God declares Himself “greater” than many things. In this snippet, we will consider five of these occasions and how each of them reminds us of something exceedingly magnificent about our Saviour God.
When we meet in our Lord’s name, let us always remember it is with one focus, one purpose and we are blessed when we actively participate.
We as congregations (assemblies of God’s people), have the same blessed privilege – to spread the glory and fame of the only true God who is great and awesome.
Further it challenges us to learn more about our Lord Jesus Christ and his love for us knowing that no matter how deeply we study his personality and conduct we will never fully comprehend His wondrous beauty.
Our challenge is to study them more so that we can deepen our relationship with God our Saviour.
Although Joseph’s appearance in our Bible is brief, his example however is significant, it shows us that to bring glory to God we need to be completely dependent on him.
